Ken's gear

Ken was born at an early age in the North Texas city of Corsicana, a town best known for its fruitcakes.   He started out playing piano at age 8, but quickly discovered that it was difficult to jump around while wearing one around your neck.  So, with the help of a cousin, he switched to guitar.  After a while, it was obvious that it was going to be difficult to get into a band, so he switched to bass.   " I took up playing bass after hearing The Real Me by The Who.   Then I bought a PA system, and I haven't had a problem getting into a band ever since."

At some point, the tables turned, and Ken was running into bass players left and right.  This prompted another change back to guitar.  "Between this, and being in radio for a number of years, it's a wonder that I'm still responding to shock therapy"
